With eMMC in 8-bit mode all programmers (with HS USB2.0) will be limited with the same maximum speed ~37 MiB/sec. This is USB2 speed limit (+- 2MiB/sec, depends on PC). KiB it's 1024 bytes, MiB it's 1024 KiB.
If you are looking for faster speed's - turn on Async IO, and "One request" in Read mode menu and faster clock. And you can get good result in 4-bit mode, example:
