Where to buy UFPI in Serbia?

As I understand it, the Silver version can later be upgraded by purchasing licenses to become Red or Black.

No "upgrade" here. You can purchase any license you need later.

I have BGA adapters from the ICFRIEND MOORC Team kit.
Can I use them with the UFPI programmer? The adapters are labeled Easy Riff eMMC A1, UFI Box eMMC A2, Meduse eMMC A3.
